In the event you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, it is asked that you do so within 24 hrs of your appointment. I understand that life situations will arise but upon your second cancellation/late violation there will be a $15 charge added to your next appointment total.

Upon running late for an appointment it is asked that you give notice ASAP and anything over 15 mins beyond your scheduled appointment time will result in a cancellation of your appointment, and the cancellation/late violation charge of $15 will be added to your next appointment total.

I am very respectful and considerate of all of my clients time, and understand no one wants to be at the salon too much longer than their own service. In order to continue to be able to run a smooth operation I ask that all clients respect my time and each other's time and at the very least communicate with me so something can be worked out for the best interest of everyone.
